Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Devicesspeaks Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide matters for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Unhappy with our reply? Answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
